The actual problem
You are not short on effort. You are short on sequence.
Too many possibilities
Every day offers forty defensible things to do. None of them announce which one produces revenue. So the calendar fills and the bank account doesn't.
No evidence loop
Work happens, results happen, and nothing connects the two. Without evidence, last month teaches you nothing about this month.
Motion mistaken for progress
Rebuilding the funnel again feels productive. It is often the most expensive way available to avoid the one uncomfortable action that matters.
Invisible in a loud market
You are working hard in a market that has not yet been given a reason to notice you — and no clear read on which move would change that.
Why this is different
A chatbot answers the question you asked.
Which means the quality of your business depends on the quality of your prompt — and on you already knowing what to ask. Generic AI will hand you twelve strategies: all plausible, none sequenced, none accountable to what your business has already proven.
Digital Ghost decides what to ask you.
It is a specialized AI-guided business and marketing Strategist environment. It holds one current mission, defines the evidence it expects back, refuses to convert a hunch into a conclusion, and narrows every session to the single highest-value action available to you right now. Fewer options. More movement. Real-world activity instead of another reading list.
How the experience works
One disciplined loop, run on your business until the work turns into revenue.
01
Understand where you are
You describe the business as it actually is — the working facts, not the pitch.
02
Determine what matters now
The Strategist weighs what your business has already produced, not what is fashionable.
03
Take focused action
One mission at a time, with the evidence it expects back defined up front.
04
Observe what actually happened
You report the outcome plainly. Observation is kept separate from interpretation.
05
Adapt intelligently
Your state updates. What the market proved changes what deserves attention next.
06
Take the next highest-value action
And repeat, deliberately, instead of guessing at scale.
A clue can trigger an investigation. A clue cannot, by itself, trigger a conclusion.
What the 24 hours contains
Not a tour. One real cycle of the method, on your business.
Hour zero
You describe your business as it actually is. Not a pitch — the working facts the Strategist will reason from.
Your first mission
One action, chosen because the evidence points there, with an explicit contract for what you bring back.
The return
You report what actually happened. The Strategist separates observation from interpretation and updates your state.
The next move
You leave the 24 hours knowing your single highest-value next action — and exactly why it is that one.
The clock does not start when you visit, opt in, or click a link. It starts when you create your account and enter — and it never restarts.
Who built this, and why
Digital Ghost is the system I wanted to exist twenty years ago.
I have spent decades building businesses, marketing them, and building software for people who are trying to do the same thing. I have had products work, and I have had products fail — and the failures were rarely caused by a lack of effort.
They were caused by sequence. By doing the eleventh-most-important thing beautifully for three months. By treating an opinion as evidence because it arrived confidently. By staying busy enough to avoid finding out whether the market cared.
Every tool I owned was happy to help me do more. None of them would tell me what deserved my attention now, and none of them would hold me to what actually happened afterward.
So Digital Ghost was built around one discipline: reason only from evidence the business has actually produced, and reduce every session to the next highest-value action. That is the whole idea. Everything else in here exists to serve it.
Eric Larson, founder
The Rebellion Manifesto
The philosophy came first. The software is what it demanded.
Digital Ghost grew out of the Rebellion Manifesto — the argument that hardworking operators are not failing at effort, they are failing at evidence, and that the market is the only authority worth obeying.
