The actual problem

You are not short on effort. You are short on sequence.

A marketer working alone late at night surrounded by courses, notes and plans while his screen begins to glitch

“I’ve tried everything. What am I missing?”

Too many possibilities

Every day offers forty defensible things to do. None of them announce which one produces revenue. So the calendar fills and the bank account doesn't.

No evidence loop

Work happens, results happen, and nothing connects the two. Without evidence, last month teaches you nothing about this month.

Motion mistaken for progress

Rebuilding the funnel again feels productive. It is often the most expensive way available to avoid the one uncomfortable action that matters.

Invisible in a loud market

You are working hard in a market that has not yet been given a reason to notice you — and no clear read on which move would change that.

Why this is different

Digital Ghost VIP helps you turn what you already know into a clear selling plan, showing you what to sell, who to sell it to, and exactly what to do next to get a real response from your market.

A chatbot answers the question you asked.

Which means the quality of your business depends on the quality of your prompt — and on you already knowing what to ask. Generic AI will hand you twelve strategies: all plausible, none sequenced, none accountable to what your business has already proven.

Digital Ghost decides what to ask you.

It is a specialized AI-guided business and marketing Strategist environment. It holds one current mission, defines the evidence it expects back, refuses to convert a hunch into a conclusion, and narrows every session to the single highest-value action available to you right now. Fewer options. More movement. Real-world activity instead of another reading list.

How the experience works

One disciplined loop, run on your business until the work turns into revenue.

  1. 01

    Understand where you are

You describe the business as it actually is — the working facts, not the pitch.

  2. 02

    Determine what matters now

The Strategist weighs what your business has already produced, not what is fashionable.

  3. 03

    Take focused action

One mission at a time, with the evidence it expects back defined up front.

  4. 04

    Observe what actually happened

You report the outcome plainly. Observation is kept separate from interpretation.

  5. 05

    Adapt intelligently

Your state updates. What the market proved changes what deserves attention next.

  6. 06

    Take the next highest-value action

And repeat, deliberately, instead of guessing at scale.

A sales floor erupting after a real-world result — phones, raised fists, papers in the air

They got a mission. They made the calls. Reality answered.

Something happened. That is a Clue — a response, an objection, a click, a silence, a conversation, a sale, a failure. An observation, never a conclusion.

Mission → Action → Clue → Evidence analysis → Strategic interpretation → Next action

A clue can trigger an investigation. A clue cannot, by itself, trigger a conclusion.

What the 24 hours contains

Not a tour. One real cycle of the method, on your business.

Hour zero

You describe your business as it actually is. If you're starting a new business or offer, you start from scratch. Not a pitch — the working facts the Strategist will reason from.

Your first mission

One action, chosen because the evidence points there, with an explicit contract for what you bring back.

The return

You report what actually happened. The Strategist separates observation from interpretation and updates your state.

The next move

You leave the 24 hours knowing your single highest-value next action — and exactly why it is that one.

The clock does not start when you visit, opt in, or click a link. It starts when you create your account and enter — and it never restarts.

Who built this, and why

Digital Ghost is the system I wanted to exist twenty years ago.

I have spent decades building businesses, marketing them, and building software for people who are trying to do the same thing. I have had products work, and I have had products fail — and the failures were rarely caused by a lack of effort.

They were caused by sequence. By doing the eleventh-most-important thing beautifully for three months. By treating an opinion as evidence because it arrived confidently. By staying busy enough to avoid finding out whether the market cared.

Every tool I owned was happy to help me do more. None of them would tell me what deserved my attention now, and none of them would hold me to what actually happened afterward.

So Digital Ghost was built around one discipline: reason only from evidence the business has actually produced, and reduce every session to the next highest-value action. That is the whole idea. Everything else in here exists to serve it.

How to make your first dime online quickly — Eric Larson's marketing philosophy letter from the Magic Push Button era
  1. 1. Sales Process = Money.

A sales process is simply the steps you use to move somebody from Point A to Point B — from the first discovery to the sale.

Online marketers spend too much time with wasted or unnecessary parts of a funnel. It may look cool or nostalgic to the owner, but has no bearing or impact on whether visitors will buy. They become attached or stubborn to remove these things because it makes them feel good or cool they have a business. Never taking into account it doesn't or won't produce any cash flow.

    No wonder they fail.

Think about feeding horses in a barn.

You walk 38 steps and grab two buckets of water. You walk another 107 steps to the barn. You fill the feed bags, feed the horses and pour the water into the troughs.

    Mission accomplished.

Skip the necessary steps and the horses don't get fed.

Your sales process works the same way. By following the correct steps, you can achieve the success you desire.

  2. 2. Overthinking Can Cost You.

I believe this idea creates more failures online than almost anything else.

When your system stops working, it's easy to assume the whole thing is broken and throw it out. Don't overthink this.

That's like throwing away your car because it needs a new clutch.

The car isn't broken. The clutch is.

Your sales process works the same way.

If the results suddenly slow down, don't immediately rebuild your website, replace your funnel, buy new software and start everything over again.

Find out where your funnel is leaking oil and then fix it.

  1. 3. Most Visitors Won't Buy the First Time.

Traffic to your website may not buy the first time. It's not because your funnel doesn't work.

It's not because you have a bad system or sales process.

And it certainly doesn't mean your product sucks.

What you're battling here is simply human nature.

People get distracted. They hesitate. They want to think about it. They have questions. Sometimes they just aren't ready yet.

That's why a good sales process doesn't end when somebody leaves your website.

Add a follow-through series to your funnel using email, SMS, phone conversations and, in some cases, even direct mail.

It's all part of the sales process.

  2. 4. Trial and Error Can Become Trial by Fire.

You try one marketing/funnel system. It doesn't work, so you try another one.

Then you blame yourself, buy something new and start all over again.

    Welcome to marketer's hell.

Find a good, solid marketing system with a process you understand and can actually use.

Your copy should get attention. Your funnels should create interest. Your engagement should keep the conversation going. And every part should work together toward the same goal.

Then stick with it long enough to learn what works and improve what doesn't.

  3. 5. Software and AI Won't Connect the Dots for You.

Make sure you have a system that connects the dots.

Your marketing should be psychologically compelling and move people through your funnel with a “can't wait to see what's next” attitude toward your offer.

AI can help automate the process.

But building sales pages can become debilitating work, and even after all that effort, there's no guarantee your marketing will actually connect with people.

Get AI software that connects the sales process so your funnel is compelling.

  4. 6. When Something Works, Keep It.

When you have something that works — keep it. Don't throw it away with a smile, figuring you can always come up with something even better.

If your system is compelling and people are responding to your offer, you already have something valuable.

You can always tweak it. Improve the copy. Refine your autoresponders, SMS, direct calling and mail. Test different parts of the funnel.

But don't confuse improving something with replacing something.

So here's a little word of wisdom that has been around forever for a reason:

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

  5. 7. Don't Become a Wannabe Marketer.

A lot of people learn a little about Internet marketing and think they can figure out the rest as they go.

They build websites and funnels with no real psychology behind them.

They buy more tools and keep spending more money...

If you want to become a real marketer, stop trying to become a website designer, copywriter, funnel builder, automation expert, graphics designer and software engineer all at the same time.

Find somebody you trust, find marketing software that works, and stick with both.

The Rebellion Manifesto

The philosophy came first. The software is what it demanded.

A Digital Ghost is not someone who lacks information. It is someone doing a great deal of work without enough reliable feedback from reality to know which work deserves to continue. The Manifesto is the escape plan: stop learning without testing, building without evidence, polishing without contact. Look for Clues instead.

It is 2 a.m. The only light in the room is the glow of your screen, and underneath all that activity is a colder feeling: silence. You are not lazy. You are not unintelligent. You may be working harder than most. The enemy is not a competitor — it is a pattern. Feeling busy is not the same as producing evidence. So we replace that pattern: preserve the Clue, analyse the evidence around it, form a strategic interpretation, and choose the next action that makes sense now. VISION DOES NOT OVERRULE THE CLUES.

CLUE → EVIDENCE ANALYSIS → STRATEGIC INTERPRETATION → NEXT ACTION
